Our company will collect information you provide us; information about your transactions with us and/or our affiliates; information about your transactions with non-affiliated third parties to whom your information is disclosed by us to facilitate your application or request; information obtained from any consumer reporting agency, like your credit history.

Our company automatically collects traffic data which includes your IP address, ISP and connected information to help us improve service and offerings. This type of traffic data does not identify you personally. As practiced on the internet, we use cookies and web-beacons to track traffic data and customer transactions for accounting purposes.

  • Place of employment, employer, duration of time you have worked there
  • Information directly relevant to your home and mortgage
  • Information relevant to your credit history
  • Social Security Number
  • Citizenship information
  • Driver’s license number
  • Bank account or routing number
  • Date of birth
  • Information related to your debit and/or credit cards

We will use this information as prescribed above to process your requests for financial services and products.

We may disclose the NPPI collect from you on this site to our affiliates or non-affiliated third-parties such as but not limited to financial institutions and affiliates and service providers, as allowed and permitted by law.

Our company is dedicated to your privacy. Therefore your social security number, driver’s license number, bank accounting and routing number, and debit or credit card numbers, expiration dates and security codes are immediately encrypted.

We DO NOT sell, rent or otherwise share your NPPI to third-parties excepted as explained in this privacy policy and as permitted by law. You will NEVER be asked to provide NPPI in an e-mail by our company. DO NOT ANSWER or FULFILL any e-mail that APPEARS to BE FROM US requesting NPPI.

We reserve the right to disclose your NPPI including your e-mail address without your consent to comply with Federal, State, or local laws and legal requirements and to fulfill judicial requests and processes. We also provide our service providers with such information to confirm the integrity of information collected or to affiliates for accounting purposes.

We do not knowingly solicit information from persons under the age of 18. We do not offer, fulfill or provide any products or services for persons under the age of 18. By using this site, you represent that you are an adult. You acknowledge that our company’s privacy policy is accessible to you and that you have had the opportunity to read such. DO NOT use this website in any manner if any condition listed in the privacy policy is not acceptable to you or if you do not agree will all of our company’s terms and conditions.

Our company is not responsible for the privacy policy practiced on any other site. The privacy policy described on this site could differ from non-affiliated third-parties that your NPPI is shared with in order for you to retain services or products.

Right to Access Your Information You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information during the 12-month period preceding your request. Once we receive and verify your request, we will disclose to you the information that you request and we are obligated to provide under the CCPA, which may include:

  • The categories of personal information we have collected about you;
  • The categories of sources from which we collected your personal information;
  • Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling your personal information;
  • The categories of personal information we have disclosed for a business purpose or sold about you;
  • The categories of third parties with whom we share or sell your personal information; and
  • The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.

(2) Right to Request Deletion You have the right to request that we delete some or all of the personal information that we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to whom we have furnished that information to also delete) your personal information from our (and their) records.   • Comply with a legal obligation; or
  • Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.
